| I did notice you posted your results (nice of you!) and even checked out the link to Supra forums to see what they had to say about their heads. Sounds like we are in good shape with the exhaust manifolds we will be running. From everything I have personally witnessed here in Austin, Supras with 2835's/264 cams/ .61 AR's put down roughly 680 - 700 rwhp. Once you take the plunge into the .73's and 272 cams, the number jumps roughly 80 - 100 rwhp. To me that is a great jump in rwhp without much of a downside in the lag department. What I HAVE NOT seen is a .87 AR 2835 w/ 264 cams; that would be an interesting chart to lay eyes on. Some of the things people in this area have experimented with gets a little silly: AR's on singles sooo big that you can't get full boost until HIGH up in 4th gear, etc....I'll even say that some of these intake manifolds that are sold for big $$'s do very, very, very little for cars making less than 800 rwhp. So little in fact, I have seen refunds given. Lastly Carlos, AR's are a beautiful thing. You can kinda choose your own 'medicine' for little $$'s. Either way....your ride will be fast. Very fast! B.
